This was a new one from Coach during preseason this year and it did a nice job, so I thought I’d post it here.
- On a half field, set up four square cone goals in each corner (maybe 5 yards square, though adjust depending on ability).
- 5 v 5 (or so) in the half field; the whole field is in play.
- Goals are scored when a pass is played into one of the square grids with a teammate running into the goal to receive; players cannot be in the goal when the pass is made.
